As a Basic user, can I work together with Free users?
Of course, as a Basic user you can work together with Free users.
Do all users from the same company need to have Basic?
No, you can decide for yourself who and how many people in your company should have Basic, or who will keep on using the Free version. If someone in your company no longer needs Basic, you can transfer it to someone else in the company.
Is the number of projects limited?
No. As a Free user, you can be involved in an unlimited number of projects, and as a Basic user, you can also create an unlimited number of projects.

Basic offers unlimited upload space, while with Free you have a maximum of 75MB per project.
Is the support free of charge?
Yes, you can make use of our support service free of charge at any time via chat, telephone or e-mail, or even pay us a visit in person.
How does the invoicing work?
The Basic licence and the relevant modules are charged annually in advance, and the invoice is sent by e-mail. The e-mail address from the company profile on smino under “My company” is used by default for this purpose, but the billing address can be adjusted manually when ordering, if necessary. Specific provisions apply in the case of the Project and Enterprise licences.
How can I cancel Basic and the modules?
The Basic licence and the modules can be cancelled at any time, but at least 30 days before the end of the term by sending an e-mail to moc.o1714037575nims@1714037575gnill1714037575ib1714037575.
