smino eröffnet ein neues Büro im Herzen von Zürich, in einem preisgekrönten Bau und an historischer Stätte. Wir nennen es das smino Reservoir.
Mit der Eröffnung des smino Reservoirs in Zürich schlägt smino ein neues Kapitel auf und zieht in Räumlichkeiten ein, welche eine sehr interessante architektonische Geschichte und eine vielversprechende Zukunft haben.
Die auffällige Fassade und die verschiedenen Arten von Öffnungen schaffen dabei nicht nur ein besonderes ästhetisches Element, sondern tragen zu einem neuen CO2-freien Wohn- und Arbeitsraum bei und schaffen ein inspirierendes Ambiente. Der Bau wurde mit dem prestigeträchtigen Architekturpreis Beton ausgezeichnet.
Treffpunkt für die Baubranche
smino als Software-Unternehmen, welches seinen Kunden eine innovative Lösung zur Umsetzung von Bauprojekten anbietet und damit in die Zukunft begleitet, zieht in einen preisgekrönten Bau ein, der selbst ein Vorbild in Nachhaltigkeit und ein Leuchtturm für die Zukunft des Bauens darstellt.
Das smino Reservoir lässt das Herz des Mitgründers und Architekten Sandor Balogh höherschlagen: «Damit können wir unseren Mitarbeitenden einen inspirierenden und zentralen Arbeitsort anbieten. Ausserdem bietet das Reservoir das Potenzial, einen idealen Treffpunkt für die Baubranche mit Events, Meetings etc. in tollem Ambiente zu entwickeln. Ich freue mich riesig auf viele aufregende Events.»
Prototyp für die Zukunft des Bauens
Die grossen Panoramafenster bieten dank ihrer M-Glas-Erfindung eine reflektierende Oberfläche. Indem sie die Sonnenstrahlen absorbieren, gelten sie als Zeichen für Null-Emissionen, da die Räume vor allem an heissen Tagen nicht überhitzt sind. Dadurch wird eine viel Energie eingespart, die sonst für Klimaanlagen aufgewendet werden müsste.
Die Wärmekontrolle ist ein integraler Bestandteil des Bauwerks. Die 380 m tiefe Erdwärmesonde sorgt für die Regeneration der Wärme. Die im Sommer im Boden gespeicherte überschüssige Wärme wird transportiert und bei Bedarf als Wärme in den Wintermonaten genutzt. Aufgrund dieser und anderer Funktionen gilt das smino Reservoir als Prototyp für die Zukunft des Bauens.
Die Vision zu diesem Haus hatte Hansjürg Leibundgut, Prof. für Gebäudetechnologie an der ETH Zürich und Mitgründer des Gebäudetechnik Unternehmens Amstein + Walthert. Gebaut wurde das Haus vom Architekturbüro AGPS.
